India's largest Bank debit card is not suported in Homeshop18.com.

We provide Cash on Delivery for most of the items. However due to legal regulations and merchant requests it may not be possible to offer Cash on Delivery for some times
to sell linux cd and dvds

few suggestions

hi i am your regular customer,few of suggestions,which i feel if implemented can go a long way in improving your sale + customer satisfaction
1)on your website so may products are available but on your channel you keep repeating the products.none of my friends who orderonline know that u also sell books.
2)show your other products on your channel in scrolling manner along with your regular show
3)Start cross selling for ex when u are showing camera and if memory card and charger is bundeled in,you can show or mention these seperatly.
4) some bonus for your regular customer,why not allow 200 rs coupon cummulation in one order.
5)Also move up on mobile .you keep showing mobile qt60 atleast 100 times on your shows.
6)Also do not over quote your product price and then show discount,it gives a wrong impression bez majority of people before ordering from you check the price on net or through reference and if it is less they feel cheated
These are few of suggestion,hope u find it useful and implement it.

Almost all the bengali books are out of stock. Flipkart has all of them. As a hs18 fan, i want u to add a large number of bengali books. I wanted to buy Feluda Samagra(1-2) for sooo many days, but still it is our of stock!!

BILL

2 copies of bill should be send with every purchase. One inside the package and a duplicate copy pasted out. As the bill pasted outside by you is sometimes damaged while tearing off the packing of the product.

If you want an extra copy of the bill you can always call at our call center give the order number and we will courier the bill to you. We send only one copy of the bill with the package and the label that is pasted in the package is the information for the courier
Book search engine is quite weak

1. Currently your book search engine simply searches for the keyword I type in the the titles of the books you have. For example, if I type the keyword "Shakespeare", I should be able to see books WRITTEN by Shakespeare, not book titles containing the word 'Shakespeare'. Also the author names in all the listings should be a hyperlink, so that by clicking on it I can automatically see other books by the author.

2. Secondly, when I search for a book by title, i want the suggestions to merely show the name of the title, not an entire list of all editions of the book you have. Once i select the name of the title, the search result page should show all the editions you have.

HS18 Loyalty points with Spl Status(Silver/Gold) Also we can redeem them at our will when buying..

HS18 should have Loyalty Points when we buy, the same be credited to our account & Shows on our Profile how Loyal we are with different status/colors like Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond etc.., The same also be featured on Home Page Monthly once, so the toppers monthly feel special & also some goodies as GIFT to promote the same will boost the morale of customers as well add a USP for HS18.

Inventory

Minimum inventory should be maintained for every product. As soon as inventory reaches its minimum level, u should purchase the product to increase the inventory level. I tried to place an order for mobile phone but it was out of stock. Secondly, it should be ensured that invoice is sent to customer along with the product.
